II Corinthians 5:16,17
16 Wherefore henceforth know we no
man after the flesh: yea, though we
have known Christ after the flesh,
yet now henceforth know we him no
17 Therefore if any man be in
Christ, he is a new creature: old
things are passed away; behold, all
things are become new.

I Corinthians 15:53,54
53 For this corruptible must put on
incorruption, and this mortal must
put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall
have put on incorruption, and this
mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the
saying that is written, Death is
swallowed up in victory.

496:9-27 Chapter 14: Recapitulation

Chapter 14: Recapitulation
Divine Science encompassing the universe and man;...

Truth versus error

To-day, as oft, away from sin
Christ summons thee!
Truth pleads to-night: Just take Me in!
No mass for Me!

God leadeth us not into temptation, but delivereth us from sin, disease, and death.

Cardinal point 3 - Column 4 - Extended

Question 23. - How can I progress most rapidly in the
understanding of Christian Science?

ADAM = Immortality's 'opposite, mortality.

(Condition of progress)
We all must learn that Life is God. Ask yourself: Am I living
the life that approaches the supreme good? Am I demonstrating the
healing power of Truth and Love? If so, then the way will grow
brighter "unto the perfect day." Your fruits will prove what the
understanding of God brings to man. Hold perpetually this thought,
- that it is the spiritual idea, the Holy Ghost and Christ, which
enables you to demonstrate, with scientific certainty, the rule of
healing, based upon its divine Principle, Love, underlying,
overlying, and encompassing all true being.
(Triumph over death)
"The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law,"
- the law of mortal belief, at war with the facts of immortal
Life, even with the spiritual law which says to the grave, "Where
is thy victory?" But "when this corruptible shall have put on
incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then
shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is
swallowed up in victory."

76:22 Chapter 4: Christian Science versus Spiritualism

Chapter 4: Christian Science versus Spiritualism
The love of the good and beautiful, and their immortality.

Seeking and Finding.

What the Beloved knew and taught,
Science repeats,
Through understanding, dearly sought,
With fierce heart-beats;

Adorable One.

Cardinal point 1 - Column 1 - Extended

(Immaterial pleasure)
The sinless joy, - the perfect harmony and immortality of Life,
possessing unlimited divine beauty and goodness without a single
bodily pleasure or pain, - constitutes the only veritable,
indestructible man, whose being is spiritual. This state of
existence is scientific and intact, - a perfection discernible
only by those who have the final understanding of Christ in divine
Science. Death can never hasten this state of existence, for
death must be overcome, not submitted to, before immortality

428:22 Chapter 12: Christian Science Practice

Chapter 12: Christian Science Practice
Divine Science understood and acknowledged.

Christian Unity (1)

For Christian Science brings to view
The great I Am,-
Omniscient power,- gleaming through
Mind, mother, man.

And Love is reflected in love.

Cardinal point 1 - Column 3 - Extended

(The present immortality)
The great spiritual fact must be brought out that man is, not
shall be, perfect and immortal. We must hold forever the
consciousness of existence, and sooner or later, through Christ
and Christian Science, we must master sin and death. The evidence
of man's immortality will become more apparent, as material
beliefs are given up and the immortal facts of being are admitted.
